The theoretical foundation behind the Global AI Observatory
The Misalignment provides the conceptual framework from which the Global AI Observatory developed its field of observation. The book examines artificial intelligence as a structural transformation affecting intelligence, work, truth, autonomy and power, and the growing distance between artificial capability and the human systems built to interpret and govern it.
GAIO extends this framework through independent international perspectives, research and editorial work. The contributors presented below retain full autonomy in their analyses and conclusions.
